Originally from Modesto, CA, currently lives on-campus in O'Neill Hall. Became interested in hybrid vehicles after taking a class during the spring of 2007. Main contributions to the project involve software and hardware development of the battery controller and user interface.

Will be working for Raytheon after graduation. Became interested in project after completing two internships at Honda of America in Troy, OH, and upon completion of a hybrid vehicle class.

Future studies for a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin at Madison class of 2010 in control systems and power systems. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, currently living on campus as a Resident Assistant in Alumni Hall. An interest in cars beginning in high school along with studies in electrical engineering made this project an appealing senior design. Responsibilities include battery charging circuit and battery pack design.

Senior at Notre Dame. Second of three siblings to attend Notre Dame. Originally from Las Vegas, NV. Resident Assistant in O'Neill Hall (residence hall on campus). Majoring in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Signal Processing. After college, will be working for Raytheon in systems engineering. Became interested in project through research project on alternative fuel and energy sources (particularly solar). Contributions to the project include user interface, system and battery microcontroller design and programming.

Senior Notre Dame student, majoring in Electrical Engineering. John lives in Siegfried Hall and serves as a Resident Assistant. He has a broad work background, having worked as a lifeguard, roofer, machinist, CAD designer, an assembler for high voltage electrical equipment, and a field service technician/manager. Most recently he worked as an electrical engineering intern on testing, evaluating, and redesigning a high volume consumer product for a major lighting design company. In addition, John is in the Air Force ROTC program and looks forward to working in research and development. This rather eclectic background uniquely qualifies him to not only help in circuit board design and testing, but also to do the necessary machining and welding to physically realize the group's dreams of an electric vehicle.
