Introducing our talented team members...
Mentor: Dr. Thomas O'Sullivan
Professor O'Sullivan is originally from the Chicago area. He joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame in 2016. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years in California: first completing a Ph.D. at Stanford University in Electrical Engineering in 2011, and then as a Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California-Irvine Beckman Laser Institute (BLI).
Ana Guzman
Ana is originally from Venezuela but has been living in New York with her family for a while now. Her role in this project was focused on SD card storage. She does not know what she'll be doing after graduation but hopes to end up working in or close to New York.
Brendan Galloway
Brendan is from Towson, Maryland, just north of Baltimore. Brendan took on hardware assembly and communication software connecting components of the device. After graduation, he will commission into the United States Navy and be stationed in Charleston, South Carolina. He will be studying at the Navy Nuclear Power School as preparation for a career aboard submarines.
Allison Walker
Allison hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her role on the team focused on Eagle mastery, board design, and hardware aspects of the project. After graduation, she will be working in Dallas for Texas Instruments.
Nicole Wardeberg
Nicole was born and raised in Naples, Florida. She specialized in the data processing software design as well as deciphering medical journals. After graduation, she will be working for Accenture in Washington, D.C., in technology consulting.
