Welcome to our Senior Design Micromouse Homepage.
About the Project
Our goal is to design and build a fully autonomous robotic mouse capable of mapping
and solving an unknown 16×16 maze, then executing an optimized speed run from
start to center. The system integrates custom hardware, embedded firmware, and a
flood-fill–based search algorithm to achieve reliable, repeatable performance.
The project encompasses hardware design (custom PCB, sensor selection, motor drive),
software development (sensor calibration, motion control, maze-solving algorithms),
and physical/mechanical design (chassis, wheel and sensor placement). Please use
the navigation above to explore each aspect of the project in detail.
